个人简介：

杨炳麟，男，汉族，1981年11月生，甘肃兰州人，哲学（工学）博士，摩尔多瓦国立大学毕业。2001年至2006年就读于甘肃农业大学信息科学技术学院，获得学士学位。2006年国家公派至摩尔多瓦留学，2006年至2008年就读于摩尔多瓦国立大学数学与计算机科学系，获得硕士学位。2008年起在摩尔多瓦国立大学数学与计算机科学系攻读博士学位，并于2013年获得计算机科学哲学（工学）博士学位。2014年6月参加工作，在浙江外国语学院科技学院担任专任教师，现任电子商务系副系主任，同时为跨境电子商务创业学院的主要工作人员之一。

主要任教课程：

计算机操作系统原理；大学计算机；跨境电子商务物流。

研究方向：

Petri 网建模、电子商务等。
